Spares
All core technology spares are manufactured inhouse under stringent quality norms. We always ensure a minimum stock availability of critical stock available in our main factories. We believe in good customer support & after sales service and try our best to ensure quick spares delivery. We also stock critical spares in our regional offices (North-Delhi, East-Kolkata, South, Philippines) to ensure quick dispatch to plants located near these respective areas.
AMC
We offer annual maintenance contracts that involve regular checkups at pre-defined intervals that involve regular maintenance, troubleshooting if any, changeover of worn out components & training of the site supervisors in the maintenance of the system. All under Macawber supervision.We also take up O&M operation & maintenance of systems in special cases when need be.
Training
Operators are trained to assemble / disassemble components during maintenance / breakdown. They are also trained to operate the system correctly during or after commissioning. Training includes maintenance and upkeep of the system as well as accident prevention.
