Variflo
While Macpump is a dual vessel conveying system, Variflo is a single vessel continuous dense phase long distance conveying system. Designed for conveying of bulk material over long distances ranging from 350 meters to approximately 1000 meters in a single shot.
Variflo for Pneumatic Conveying: Key Features
- Can achieve conveying capacities upto 60 TPH for a single system.
- Conveyance in a single shot (i.e. by a single system) and not multi-stage systems.
- Minimized air consumption and pipeline wear & tear as compared to other systems.
- Patented dome valve as the material inlet valve for heavy duty usage.
- Modulate-able outlet dome valve hence giving flexibility of efficient line loading as per working conditions.
- Flow assist in the pipeline via. techniques such as air injection, bed fluidization, PIP fluidization.
- Flow assist in the conveyer via. skirt, cone, sparge, top & mid peripheral fluidization.
