Switch Valve
T-Type inline material diverter valve (Macawber switch valve) is used in pneumatic conveying lines & is used for powders, pellets, granules & even flakes.
Can be used for all types of pneumatic conveying – dense, lean phase as well as medium phase.
Key Features:
- Designed in 1-Inlet to 2-Outlet configuration Or Vice-Versa
- Used to form two branches in a conveying line (or to converge 2 lines into 1) handling cohesive or moist materials
- Actuation can be pneumatic, hydraulic as well as motorized
- Should be mounted vertically for best results. It can also work satisfactorily in horizontal orientation
- The switch valve uses the Inflatable sealing design technology mastered by the Macawber group in the inlet as well as the outlet diverting nozzles
- The valve action is self-cleaning and does not leave any residual material between position changes
- Designed for sizes from 2” to 12” in bore
- Can handle most powders, pellets, granules & flakes
- Can be customized for multiple outlets in various configurations
