Macpump Conveyor System
The Macpump conveyor system is a dual vessel arrangement of two pressure vessels that work in sync. It is specifically designed for high tonnage pneumatic bulk material conveying over long distances. Each vessel functions alternately between the filling and conveying cycles. This ensures less downtime, maximum pipeline conveying capacity, and more energy savings.
As a dense phase conveying system, Macpump can convey bulk materials over long distances ranging from 350 meters to approximately 1800 meters in a single shot. A dome valve is used throughout the system for material inlet, discharge and vessel venting. More importantly, the opening size of the discharge valve modulates continuously in response to the back-pressure of the pipeline. This ensures the highest possible conveying efficiency and greater output.
Working in an automatic and phased sequence, the Macpump conveyor system is well-suited for the transfer of minerals that has a high tonnage and long-distance conveying requirement. It is also an excellent alternative to Screw Pump, making it cost-effective. As a Macpump manufacturer in India, we can design a custom Macpump conveying system based on the bulk material that needs to be conveyed. This makes this system an application-dependent machine.

Macpump Conveyor System - Key Features
- The Macpump conveying system is ISO 9001:2015 Quality Assured and available in 304/316 stainless steel, aluminium, and galvanized.
- This pneumatic conveying system can be designed for higher capacities between 60 TPH to 250 TPH for a single Macpump unit.
- Ideal for long distance conveying for distances ranging from 500 meters to upto 2000 meters subject to the application, routing, powder properties.
- Its dual vessel design ensures less downtime and more savings on resources such as energy, plant floor space, filters and compressors. The twin vessel also maximises the pipeline conveying capacity.
- Since the machine feeds through a single pipe, the entire process of transfer and conveying of bulk materials takes place in a fully enclosed conveying system. This ensures a dust-free and spill-free environment that fosters clean working conditions.
- It offers flow assists in the pipeline and conveyor similar to the Variflo.
- The material and pipe abrasion is minimum. Plus, there is low power consumption.
- Since the conveying is not carried out in a multi-stage system, but in a single shot (i.e, by a single system), it provides faster results.
- The easy-to-modulate outlet dome valve offers the flexibility of efficient line loading as per the working conditions.
- The dome valve is patented as the material inlet valve for heavy-duty usage.
- The Macpump conveyor system is the most advanced Macawber technology system that provides dense phase conveying of high capacities over very long distances, carried out in a single shot.
- Macpump is a modern retrofit to traditional Screw pump that uses innovative technology.
