Pneumatic feeding furnace injection systems are specifically engineered for controlled injection of additives like Lime, magnesium, calcium silcium & calcium carbide into the furnaces for desulphurization or similar processing. Typically used for injecting into processes such as furnaces, ladles, electric arc furnace.

- High feed rate accuracies (to satisfy industry requirements) with excellent repeatability
- Variable controlled injection (manually as well as automatically) with turn down rates of upto 6:1
- Works against back pressures of upto 10 Barg
- Can be designed for injection rates from 3 Kg/Min to 200 Kg/Min.
- Designed for furnace injection applications hence can work upto distances of 50 m.
- Adjustable Dosing designs for high accuracy of injection & repeatability
- Single shot injection of complete batch (injection of 1 lot in app. 15 minutes)
- No moving parts such as motors & rotating devices hence easier to maintain & suited for furnace applications where surrounding areas are of high temperature with high dust load and fumes.
