- The DV is also be designed for RVD vacuum hold & material drop through applications
- Batch type RVD’s use DV’s at the inlet & outlet of the RVD
- Continuous type RVD’s use dual DV’s with a mid-vacuum let down chamber. This will ensure continuous operation of the RVD, continuous vacuum hold up in the RVD and efficient material drop through from input process into RVD & from RVD to output process without loss of vacuum
- Designed for temperatures upto 400 deg. C & pressure upto 7 barg
- Designs can be customized based on the material flow nature
- Designed for sizes right from 2” to 16” in bore
- Can handle powders, pellets, granules (to a certain extent), lumps, materials with added liquid solvents (which are dried in the RVD process)
