Denseveyor Pneumatic Conveying Systems - Key Features
- Denseveyor is a fully assembled, ISO 9001:2015 quality assured conveying system that is tested before shipment.
- It operates automatically when signalled and has integrated controls.
- It is used to convey materials at very low velocities to prevent the degradation of friable materials. It can be used to convey materials without the segregation of blended materials.
- This dense phase conveying system can handle ambient temperatures from up to 400 deg. C and has a standard pressure rating of up to 100psig (7barg).
- It offers a fully-enclosed, dust-free operation for a clean environment. It is also energy-efficient and built to last.
- It can achieve very high phase densities (material-to-air ratio) and can be used in multi-Denseveyor orientation for multiple points high capacity applications.
