- Implementation of an advanced ERP which runs on the same platform & design as SAP to integrate projects, production, purchase, inventory, taxation & accounting work flow.
- Setup of an advanced test rig for testing of various regimes of air flow & to chart material flow & aeration properties.
- New equipments for factory production, machining, assembly, fixtures, materrial handling & internal transport.

ISO 9001 Auditor training
- We had an in-depth training session for our internal auditors as part of our interdepartmental ISO auditors training initiative. This effort is nothing but our dedication to uphold the highest quality standards and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement from the grass root level.
- During this training, our team gained valuable insights into the latest ISO practices and protocols, equipping them with the tools needed to enhance our operations. With this knowledge, they are now prepared to conduct internal cross-audits across departments, all while maintaining an honest and impartial approach.
