Opened Positions
- Qualification: BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 3 to 4 years in sales, preferably project sales. Experience from Heavy Engineering and Conveyors companies will be preferred
- Responsibility:
- Generating and handling enquiries
- Handling proposal preparation and proposal revisions
- Follow-ups with clients for proposals quoted, attending meeting and traveling to client site as and when required
- Vendor registration with private companies and PSUs
- Responsible for PMC and consultant approval
- Updating certifications, approvals and other statutory requirements
- Studying for tender specifications and developing and appropriate proposal after discussing with estimation team
- Smooth handover of the project to projects team
- Qualification: BE/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 2 to 4 years in technical sales (Proposals and estimations). Experience from Heavy Engineering and Conveyors companies will be preferred
- Responsibility:
- Responsible for making Sales Proposal based on preliminary engineering, drawings for the entire proposal
- Making Cost estimation of Proposals / tenders based on the details of the application
- Coordination between Design and Sales Team
- Studying of proposal/tender specifications & working on developing an appropriate offer / proposal after engaging in discussions with Sales team / Sales / Design & Marketing Head
- Coordinating with the draughtsman for GA, P & ID drawings that needs to be prepared during the proposal stage
- Responsible for the preparation of the price estimate of the system. Both budgetary & detailed pricing
- Being involved in new product development to be able to sell the same to prospective clients via the marketing wing.
- Being actively involved in new training sessions, technical group discussions & factory visits as and when required.
- Qualification:BE/ B.Tech Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 7 to 8 years in project procurement. Experience from Heavy Engineering and Conveyors will be preferred.
- Responsibility:
- Will be responsible for setting up of a procurement department in the organization.
- Develop purchasing and sourcing strategies based on study and analysis of vendors.
- Define and maintain document supplier strategies using market data.
- Liaise with suppliers on delivery schedule to ensure on-time deliveries of Ordered material.
- Develop, implement, and drive the procurement strategies to meet cost savings targets.
- Review the suppliers to ensure continuous Quality improvements.
- Create monthly performance reviews and reports focusing on overall sourcing requirements.
- Ensuring commercial, legal, and contractual compliances in all the procurement transactions.
