Continuous & Batch Controlveyor
Pneumatic feeding injector system which can achieve a high degree of flow rate accuracy with smooth unpulsed flow into the process with repeatability & a consistent rate turndown independent of the process back pressure variations.

- Used for injecting into processes such as a furnace, boiler, ladle, gasifier, electric arc furnace etc.
- Categorized into 2 variations as per process requirement: Continuous type Controlveyor & Batch type Controlveyor
- The Continuous type Controlveyor has an inlet batching vessel & an outlet injection vessel for continuous material top up & injection respectively
- The Batch type Controlveyor only has an injection vessel for batch wise injection
- High feed rate accuracies (to satisfy industry requirements) with excellent repeatability
- Variable controlled injection (manually as well as automatically) with turn down rates of upto 6:1
- Can be designed for injection rates from 3 Kg/Min to 200 Kg/Min.
- Works against high back pressures of upto 10 barg
- Designed to inject upto a distance of 70 meters
