Robust railcar extraction & conveying system for auto-removal of powders from the bottom outlet of a railcar. Material is sucked through a specially designed pick-up pan from the railcar outlet and transported to the receiving end.

BTAP Wagon Loading & Unloading
BTAP wagon loading systems consist of high capacity loading telescopic bellows for gravity filling of BTAP wagons from the top hatch entry.
BTAP wagon unloading arrangement consists of pressurization of the BTAP wagon and pumping in positive pressure. With special design features in pipes for flow aiding based on material flow properties and application parameters.
Compact Powder Transfer System
This system is typically used & suitable for low distance low capacity conveying of powders, pellets & granules. It is east to install, operate, maintain and is very compact in nature hence takes up very less space in terms of headroom at feed area & maintenance space at the receiving area. The system is generally designed with flexible hoses & quick clamps hence making the system easy to access, maintain with a quick clean type design. It is specifically designed for chemical, food & pharma grade applications wherein product quality & cleanability is important.
Closed Loop Pneumatic Conveying System
Closed loop type pneumatic conveying for special applications in chemical, petroleum or similar industries wherein conveying is to be done with the process gas in closed loop flow so as to re-use the process gas with necessary make-up. A closed loop system is also typically done for solids that are hazardous in nature and may generally need compressed nitrogen for the conveying.
Our closed loop designs cater to design considerations such as O2 content, temperature change, moisture gain & PV balance.
Mobile Pneumatic Charging System
Skid mounted pneumatic charging systems meant to be compact and mobile in nature in order to provide ease in movement based on regular changing feed points. Meant to be easy to move, light weight, modular and positive pressure in principle.
Sample Conveying System
Sample conveying systems are used to transfer solid samples from the production area in a factory to the laboratory for testing. The sample (either powder or a solid test piece) is stored in a transfer capsule and is transported via air pressure from the production area to the lab. This circuit is reversible in nature and once the testing is done, the lab result is printed on a paper & is once again placed back in the capsule with the sample piece and pneumatically transported back to the production area. The system is completely automatic with options of having multiple receiving points with gentle conveying.
Centralized Vacuum Dust Extraction System
Centralized vacuum dust suction systems are industrial grade vacuum cleaning systems designed & manufactured for a shop floor with multiple levels. There are suction headers routed on all floors with suction pipes at various dust prone locations per floor. Dust from these floors is sucked and collected into a main receiving dust bin. This system can be centralized and stationary or can also be designed to be mobile in nature.
RIED Hammer Mobile Suction System
Macawber India is one of the only companies in India to have designed, developed & supplied RIED hammer suction systems for Anode electrode furnaces with a proven robust technology. These are used in anode manufacturing plants wherein anodes are baked in RIED hammer furnaces. Our suction system used on top of the RIED hammer furnace is an automatic mobile type crane mounted suction system with long travel, cross travel & telescopic suction boom design. Material collected is transferred back & re-used for furnace baking.
LWG Mobile Suction System
The LWG suction is similar to the RIED hammer suction system. It is crane mounted and designed for higher loads, hotter temperatures and is used in length wise graphitization process. Dry Flue Gas Desulphurization Injection System
We have designed, developed & supplied proven solutions for dry flue gas Desulphurization via flue gas duct injection as well as transfer of desulphurizing powders into boiler bed bottoms via feed chutes. Our De-SOx packages consist of bag handling, pneumatic conveying, storage silos, weigh feeders such as loss in weight or gain in weight, gravimetric injection systems with a controllable injection rate via SOx feedback. These systems are automated & intelligent in terms of SOx sensing & controlling.
Gasifier Injection System
Our proven Controlveyor technology is used for gasifier injection with a high degree of accuracy, control in injection rate with a high range of turndown ratio. The Controlveyor injection technology has 2 no variants, with the first being a batch wise injection system consisting of a single vessel design and second being a continuous dual vessel injection system with an outlet injecting screw with various injecting profiles for various grades of materials.
Depressurization Chambers
We have successfully designed & supplied depressurization chambers to equalize & vent out pressure from a process outlet & collect the process material. Our depressurization chambers work on pressure equalization, material drop through and pressure venting with our proven equipment like dome valve, high pressure vent filters. These systems can be designed for high pressures & high temperatures.
