Macawber Engineering Systems India Pvt. Ltd. is an engineering-driven organisation specialising in pneumatic conveying and bulk material handling systems for process industries. We design and supply dense and dilute phase pneumatic conveying systems, along with dome valves, diverter valves, dust collection systems, and associated equipment. Our capabilities cover complete system engineering, equipment manufacturing, supply, installation support, and commissioning. Each solution is customised to suit material characteristics, process requirements, and plant layout constraints.

Macawber Engineering Systems India Pvt. Ltd. operates dedicated manufacturing facilities designed for precision fabrication, controlled assembly, and performance validation of pneumatic conveying equipment. The facilities are equipped to manufacture vessels, valves, diverters, filters, hoppers, and machined components, supported by structured production workflows and systematic assembly practices.
A methodical approach is followed at every stage of manufacturing, covering fabrication, machining, assembly, and inspection. This ensures dimensional accuracy, consistency, and repeatable quality across all components. In-house testing capabilities allow systems and equipment to be evaluated under varying operating conditions with real-time monitoring of pressure and material flow parameters.
Advanced test setups and flow-assist technologies enable performance validation across dense, medium, and lean phase conveying regimes. Bulk material characterisation equipment is also used to study material behaviour and flow properties, supporting informed engineering decisions and optimised equipment selection for dependable field performance.
